Medflow is very sensitive to the privacy requirements of our customers and is committed to maintaining your privacy at the highest level. Medflow does not sell or otherwise share your information with anyone. Period.

However, to better understand exactly what happens to the information that you provide us, we have developed the following privacy policy. Please review this policy and should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

How we gather information
When you first sign up for a Medflow DDS subscription, we collect general contact information from you which we then encrypt and store within our secure database. This information includes your name, address, phone number, and email address. In addition, we also request that you establish a username and password which you will then subsequently use to access DDS.

Once we’ve collected your contact information, we direct you to PayPal for payment processing. All payment data collected while at PayPal and is owned and stored by PayPal - Medflow does not store any of your payment information other than the date and time the transaction occurred. The payment information that you enter at PayPal is covered under the PayPal Privacy Policy. How we use information
We use your information to provide subscription services, to contact you for customer service and billing purposes, to provide you with information about changes to our services, and to understand and improve website usage. However, Medflow reserves the right to disclose your information under limited circumstances in the event Medflow believes that DDS is being used to commit unlawful acts, and/or if disclosure of your information is required to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or with a court or administrative order.
